Installation direct on slab


 

The mats are fixed rolled on the concrete slab by a small wood board. The distribution pipes are welded and fixed in their final position. The complete room mats are tested according KaRo procedure Tim K55. The mats stay under pressure during all the installation time and after. An adhesive coat can be thrower to concretes slabs or not according to plaster manufacturer’s instructions.


 

 

 

The plastering of the first coat is thrower to the slab and the KaRo mats are unrolled under pressure.

No later than 3 mn after the first row plastering the mats are integrated smoothly to the wet plaster.


 

The omega bands keep the capillaries pipes parallels. All the capillaries pipes are integrated during the 5 and 10mn after the first plastering. It's the responsibility of KaRo engineer to make sure that the mats are perfectly installed with tensile up to the end and under pressure. He will make sure that the capillaries pipes are well ambled in the first coat of plaster. 


 

A partner ship as to be established between the pargeter and the KaRo engineer, who is unrolling the mats and the plasterer who is integrating the mats to the plaster.


 

Expansion joints as to be foreseen as usual.

The mats as to be recovered  by a second one centimetre thick coat of plaster with in one hour after the matd as been integrated in the first plaster coat.

Smoothing of the plaster as to be done according the art rules.
